All kidding aside, interesting composition (light on light in the top half of the frame), and some nice strong strokes (you can practically feel the paint on that right arm). Gives off a mellow feel, which is fitting considering this is a naked, middle-aged man you've painted--I'd be a little worried if you had infused the painting with "tension".
